Karley Sullivan (1981) uses images to consider the unknown and make conceptual, emotive and spiritual connections. She is the founder of Kiddie Pool, a residential project space for art & literature in downtown Albany, NY, and Co-editor of The 518. Her work has been has exhibited at Monte Vista Projects in Los Angeles, Art Center’s Alyce de Roulet Williamson Gallery, Whitespace Gallery of Atlanta, Yogiga Artspace of Seoul, and Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibits. Her work has been published by Burnaway, ArtsATL, Phases, and Lensculture. Karley has an MFA in Photo/Media from the California Institute of Arts and a BFA in Drawing from the University of Tennessee. She was raised in a Tennessee commune and is based in Albany, NY and México City.
